after getting my lift installed and allignment done by les schwab. i have had a shake at 55-60 mph. fron driver side is where i can tell it's coming from. on that same side the inside of the tire is worn better than half of what the outside is. any thoughts on what the problem could be? i did notice some access grease coming from the lower ball joint but nothing that looks to major.
    thanks JOE

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Get it realigned and have that ball joint checked. sounds like the camber is off.

shaking at higher speeds meant the tires were unbalanced in my case.

What about the ball joint? Did you get it checked? And what size tire are you running?

Could be your ball joints and/or tie rods. Lift your truck at the LCA and place your hands and 6 & 12 and move the tire. If the tire has play then your LBJ's are bad. Next, place your hands at 3 &9 and move the tire. If the tire has play it's your tie rods. To check your inner ball joints place your truck on the ground, remove the boot from the tie rod and have someone move the steering wheel. If you see the tie rod moving around/play then you know your tie rod is bad.
