Fabtech 3" lift Springs with stock shocks?

I found on craigslist a brand new set of Fabtech 3" lift springs for $100, part # ft-2300, and I'm wondering if anybody knows if these will install with the stock suspension, or would I need to buy new shocks?

Buy shocks. Stock shocks are not intended for that much preload or height.
