You will not need extended brake lines. And what exactly do you mean by "extend the 4wd"?

You'll hate the AALs unless you want a "stiffer" ride. If you're on a budget i'd suggest blocks for the back, IMO better than Leafs.

Blocks promote axle wrap.

I would recommend a lift that does not have any spacers or blocks of any kind, front of back.

no. In my experience, blocks ride like crap, even compared to AALs. They also wear out the leaf pack (while AAL's at least extend their life) and, like KPT said, promote axle wrap.

OP, have you considered spending a bit more cash for a coil lift instead of spacers?

Generally the answer you'll get on here is to avoid spacer lifts, they can cause too many problems if you drive offroad and stiffen the ride considerably.

Also, what do you mean by extend the 4wd? Theres no way to do that...

Here you go OP, for only $75 more, you can get Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks for the front, and a wheelers AAL w/ 5100's for the rear. That's a very good quality lift for those on a budget.

OP, do some more research and check your options more. Look up billy 5100s, OME, and Eibach. More money yes, but MUCH better option.

Just making sure we are on the same page....you are asking whether you can more total lift with a billy setup than 2.5" (the top setting on the billy's)? If so, yes, you can add a thin top plate spacer to up to 3".

The ride will stiffen, because you're adding pre-load to the coils to get lift

Setting them to the middle setting will level the truck out without an AAL, and will level it at the top 2.5 setting WITH the aal

Do you plan on wheeling?
