So, I want to improve my ride quality on a budget..

I was thinking 5100's all around, or front 5100's and an AAl what would make the biggest difference? how much do they change the ride anyways?? I want to hear from guys about the 5100's ride!

but then I thought what about the cheap shocks like these

whats so wrong with them. for give me for being a noob I know they can't be great but whats the bad?? they claim more then Bilstein does

So I ask whats the best value for money to keep all four wheels on the ground and it from being crazy bounce like it is right now with my 16 year old system.
