It's been short and really sweet with my baby. I treated her well and she treated me even better. But, the time has come to let her go :( I'm selling my Tacoma. Why? Because I want to upgrade to something better. Now, you may be asking, "What would be better than a Tacoma?" Well, the answer is simple, a newer version of the Tacoma! :D

I figured if I sell my Tacoma for around 8K. I'll be able to pull my self completely out of debt, have money for savings, and be able to buy a cheap 4x4 vehicle until next year. I plan on buying either the new Tacoma (that hasn't been anounced yet) or the newer 1st gen. I love the 1st gen double cabs and the 2nd gens are a bit too expensive. With a new model coming out, here in the next couple years, I would rather wait for that to come out than buy a new 2nd gen (or even a used 2nd gen).

I'm just wondering what you guys think about my idea. I already put it up on craigslist (here's the url: http://eastoregon.craigslist.org/cto/2632972530.html).
Now, I know this is asking a lot, but keep in mind that this is the only 1st gen for sale in all of Eastern Oregon. Besides, I'm not in any kind of a hurry to sell, there will be someone willing to pay this much for it.

    What do you think?

Like I said, I'm not in any hurry. Besides, a dealership wants 5k for trade-in. We all know how the dealership tries to low-ball everyone. Anyways, if it doesn't sell, I'm going to fix the body, which would only cost a couple hundred.
