    I have an 06 4 door but i want a 4x4 and I want to lift it and if I buy a second gen. ill be 25k in the hole so I was thinking about getting a 1rst gen. and modding it what do you think??? :confused:

    ^Click "control panel" towards the top left of the screen, all profile editing stuff is there. To make a picture under your comments you need to change your "signature"

    should i get a 1rst gen and sell my 06 2nd because i do not have the money to lift the 2nd gen. but i can easly lift and customize a 1rst???

    I HAVE A 2006 TACOMA 2WD BUT I WANT A 1RST GEN 4X4. THE REASON I WANT TO GET ON IS SO I CAN LIFT IT AND HAVE FUN WITH IT I CANT DO THAT TO MY SECOND GEN BECAUSE IT COST TO MUCH TO LIFT AND SO ON AND SO FORTH. SO WHAT WOULD YOU DO???:confused:

    Trade it in or sell it for the truck you really want. Either way it's gonna cost money to set it up properly for offroading and personally I would get another 2nd gen. Your not saving anything going older.
