HID Choice

I need some input into what kind of hids i should go with that hopefully wont melt the housing as some cheap kits tend to do so........
and yes i searched before posting and couldnt find info that was helping me out

I have heard slim's are good kits but i have DDM's and havent had any issues with them

TRS is having a full kit GB sale, check the GB section. That way you can get a proper HID kit will projectors and everything.

I got a no-name brand HID conversion kit from a local flea market for my fogs for only $40(35W 6000K). I have ran them all day and night for almost a year now with no issues.... guess I'm lucky. My headlights are the expensive ones although I can't remember the brand but they are the same wattage and kelvin.

And just to let you know... A 55W HID bulb will run cooler in temperature than a 55W halogen bulb.

slim cubby has a good kit, really easy to install and he really takes the time to help you if you have any questions. Oh and there's usually a group buy going on so you can save a little money which is always good
