    I didn't buy the "calling in a favor" thing either. Maybe the guy realized that one unhappy customer can probably hurt their business more than taking a hit on the parts I'm returning. (RR isn't even losing any money over the deal though, they're getting ARB to credit them for the parts). I would have done my best to stop as many people as I could from buying their parts through RR if I couldn't get this resolved.

    As far as what my plans are for my truck now... Money dictates at this point that I stick with the fabtech coilovers. I agree that in the long run I may be happier with the OME setup, but I already have to fabtech parts and I'd be surprised if I could get my money back out of them if I tried to sell them. I'll switch back to the OME 881s when the fabtechs fail on me.

    I'll change the thread title once I actually have my money back in hand.
