2001 Frame Replaced WTS Need Price Help!

I may be selling my '01 Tacoma 4x4 Regular cab 2.7L engine and need some help on a fair asking price.

Truck details are:
1) '01 Tacoma 4x4 5 speed manaul 2.7 L engine with AC, Radio and that's about it for options.
2) Truck has a brand new frame with all the other stuff like brake lines, brake cable, mounting harware, leaf springs, etc.
3) I also had the dealer do more work while it was taken apart, all parts are OEM:

a) radiator hoses (2), belts (3), fuel filter, front shocks and mounts, rear shocks, clutch and bearing asembly replaced, flywheel resurfaced, tuneup, new plugs, front stabalizer bushings and links, Front brakes, rear brakes resurfaced and all componets cleaned and lubed.

The truck is a single owner (ME) vehicle and has only 72,000 miles on it. Tires good, original spare Slight exhaust leak, no rust, no dents. Was undercoated with Ruststop Oil treatment multiple times and the body is in great shape. New windshield last year due to stone chip. Very clean.

Any suggestions on what to ask for it would be appreciated.
