I got a 130 amp off ebay for 130$ I try to find the link for you. U should upgrade the main (hot) wire and put a fuse in. took me about an hr. Had it for a year now with no prob.

Heres the big 3 upgrade for output.

You can shoe-horn a GM alternator in, or you can buy a mean green alt (which is like 4 times the price of a GM alt)
