Radio went out

So today i noticed that my radio wasnt picking up any stations.. it just went through them all.. i didnt think much of it i just listened to my cd then later tonight everthing just shut off. I cant get it to turn on so i took it out and made sure everything was hooked in properly and it was and then i checked my fuses and they were all fine! what could it be? im at a loss here i dont know what to do

 

any audio junkies out there?

Damn! An Alpine? Did you keep a receipt? Maybe it's covered? Alpine seems to be a good company to deal with, had an issue with one on my last truck with my Ipod not having full control as supposed to. Turns out they already had a fix for it with a patch cable and sent one to me free of charge.

Another thought, is it a detachable face unit? Maybe it's not connecting properly? That was one thing I didn't like with my Alpine, the faceplate was always a pita to put back on.

 

I just tried taking the face plate on and off and nothing happened still :/

 

Idk man, sounds like you got a bad unit. You did say you checked all the wiring. That is all I got.

We'll they're not going to do anything unless you have an extended warranty most likely. So IDK. Sucks. Good luck with it!

 

I have the same issue...but with the stock head unit lawl

 

Fixed mine today new head unit lol
