Here's what she's doing I hope someone can help, alright this only happens sometimes more often than not, when my taco an 03 4wd four door v6 3.4L 139,000 miles is stoped at a red light, or just stoped with my foot on the brake and the truck in drive it will act like it's gunna kill it drops rpms enough to feel it struggle then its fine it will do that once or twice maybe more then it will stop. It runs fine starts fine everything is 100% but the red light problem, what iv been doing is when I get to a red light I just put it in neutral and it's all good like that. Can someone please help!!

What your describing sounds like the way mine was acting when I pulled the vacuum line off my booster to do my seafoam.

    Maybe start there...

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
If it were the booster it would do it in neutral too. Sounds like a tranny issue to me.

Disregard that. If it started when you did the seafoam treatment, then that is where problem lies

What could be the problem with the vacuum line? Loose or something not creating a good enough seal or what I'm not 100% on how it really works and how it effects the motor

How long did you let the seafoam in for? Did you have the motor at operating temp before you induced it into the system? Did you only use 1/3 of the bottle? How long did you let the truck sit after you shut it off with the seafoam in it?

A couple of seconds. Yes it was at operating temp. It was a little more than 1/3 of the bottle. Like 10 min maybe less.

    Throttle position sensor?

When it was malfunctioning on my truck it would idle too high when I was stopped.

I've been told it could also has the reverse effect: idle too low when stopped.

On the side of the throttle body, there is a test you can do on it using an OHM meter I believe.
