I had mine blacked out for awhile, but when it was time for a repaint I decided to go this route just for something different.

    Its a Badland bumper.

Thanks. Looks good and is beefy as hell. I've kissed all sorts of rocks and trees with it and used to it to shove vehicles around. Hit a deer going about 55mph once. Little brother drove into into with his pickup the other day. Done countless winch pulls on it. All I have to show for that stuff is some scuff marks.

    Look at build!

Pretty easy and takes a little time but its a pretty fun project...i did mine in about 2 days and wehn it broke from hitting the deer and i had to re construct the bottom i probably spend about 4 hours between fiberglassing, sanding, bondo, paint and clear

You will have to swap all front end body panels for it to work and the headlights, I probably wouldn't wast my time unless I had a donor truck cause if you get it piece by piece then youll either have to paint them to m at he the restof the truck or spend a long time hunting down the right colored pieces

Actually the fenders are the same and as far as painted parts, you only need the hood, little filler panels under the headlights, and the bumper, if you go back with a factory bumper. Here is a write up of everything you need to do the swap. He includes corner lights but I believe the 98-00 and the 01-04 have the same corner lights.

    looks gewd!

I usually dont like billet grilles, but the majority of the chrome is gone...so it looks good.

Are the grills for 98-00 interchangeable with 95-97?

But back on topic, I'm about to black my grill out!

you would have to get a whole new front end. grille, lights, parking lights, and bumper(95-97 might look weird with 98-00 grille)
