It's really not hard. Suckers are on TIGHT though, soak them in PB Blaster overnight. I'd also pull the negative cable off the battery and wait a few minutes (book says minimum two) so you don't accidentally set off the airbags.

After you get the plastic skirt bumper off........you should be looking at a square tube about 2 1/2 feet long. There is holes in the tube that you need to slide the socket into it to get to the bolt head IIRC. Same thing with the air bag cans if your takin them off too.

well i took alook and all i can see is two bolts on each side of the bumper that go to the frame if i remove those is that it?

NO, there are a couple more hiden by the bumper......start looking for circular holes in the bumper or mount brackerts I believe there are 3 bolts per side.

its been awhile since i took mine off so i cant say for sure where they are or how many...

best thing to do is get up under there and start looking

there are 2 per side that bolt into the bottom of the frame rail, the other one per side i believe is on the front of the can INSIDE the can its self. There should be ahole in front of the can to fit a socket.
