    Hi all,

I have a tail light socket with double contacts inside....one of the contacts seems to be worn down and does not make contact with the brake bulb. i'm having a hard time finding a replacement socket (even the dealer has to order one). Is there something i can put in between the bulb and the socket contact to make it work? a piece of aluminum maybe?

    thanks

    cadman
