Noobie checking in....
Well I just picked up a truck I have always admired from the roadways. I sold my 2002 BMW M5 and decided instead of buying something big new and most importantly, expensive I bought a nice clean 2004 2.7 double cab pre runner sr5 auto. I paid $10,000 for it with 85k miles on it. The tan interior is perfect with not a single mark.
Here are a list of things I need answers too. The check engine light came on 3 miles from the dealership. I noticed the next day at Wendy's sitting in the drive thru it started to idle rough then it stalled. I restarted it and it stalled three more times before I drove away. I haven't noticed this since that day and I have driven another 200 miles. I also notice the gear shifter moves around in the housing when hitting bumps in the road. Its an AUTO. How many miles per gallon does this thing get? How much less is the 4cyl 2wd compared to a v6 4wd in price? |
