Oxygen Sensor Bank 1

Ok my truck has trown a code that says this is bad. I cleaned the Mass air valve last night and will think about changing out the sensor if it throws it again. I have a stock double cab 2001 3.4 v6 and I live in Arkansas. I am having troble finding what I need. I have a couple of questions. 1. how do I know if this is Ca model. I know I am the second owner and we both live in Arkansas. 2. I can't tell what model. I have looked at a couple of links when I did a search and still cant find what I need. Help will be appreciated. Rick

Just sent someone to this website: www.rockauto.com last night. Saved him 40 bucks on an O2 sensor over everywhere else could find them, and got overnight shipping to boot.

Just follow the bouncing ball there, you'll find what you need. O2 sensors are under the "Emission" group

http://trdparts4u.com/ has good pricing and also try www.partznet.com
Neither of those sites show they sell a upstream sensor for the 01? Odd for sure (or I'm boneheading the search).

The factory sensor is Denso. Same rockauto sells.

It's a website and they can't possibly have everything listed.

Grab their phone numbers, give them a call directly. They are both Toyota dealers and should have everything/anything you need.

FYI. Your first sensor is an Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor (heated Oxygen Sensor) but mine went and i tried other brands that didn't work...go factory on this part and save yourself a lot of problems.

http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/2003/Repa...plasd/loca.pdf

you should have two sensors. the first one is Bank 1 Sensor 1 and the second is Bank 1 Sensor 2
Sensor 1 - A/F sensor
Sensor 2 - O2

What code is being thrown? If it's P0031, it's the same thing that mine threw.

Here's the thread that I made about it.
