    i think it has been answered enough, but od on for everything except towing or climbing up hills. You can feel your truck hunting for gears, going up and down, so take off overdrive so it just stays in one gear when going uphill.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
    When you turn O/D off, you will experience engine breaking when you take your foot off of the pedal. With it on, no engine breaking.
