Need Help - Tacoma Wiring underneath Dashboard

Hello, I have a 1998 Toyota Tacoma 2wd. I was using this website instruction on changing the instrumentation lighting and I unknownly disconnected a cable. This cable must have accidentally disconnected when I was removing the cover underneath the dashboard. My turn signal light does not work so this cable have some relation to this signal light. There is four wire for the cable.

Could help me be determine where the connect is supposed to be connected to?

I could not take a good picture, but it's connected to this sponge device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well the sponge has no relation to the connector other than to isolate it from vibration.

If it has become disconnected than there is another connector missing it's counterpart. Dig around under the dash and see if you have missed something.

Banshee, take a look at this new photo. My hazard light are working but my left and right turn signal are not. I've looked again to see where this cable is connected but I can not find anything.

jLee:
How did you get your dash off?
I want to take it off, I took off a lot of screws, but the dash would not come off.
I am afraid to pull too hard

BS02 Taco, I was following this instructions from this website: http://www.customtacos.com/tech/index.php?article=77

It's pretty good. once you take off all of the screws, it should come off. I had to tug alittle.
