    alrite Id like to see any that has a headache rack on a first gen, it would be awesome if it was a double cab but id like to see the different setups to get some ideas

    i drew up a design today and I think it will look pretty good. Plus it will give me something to weld on and fabricate myself

    Cobra cb and 3' cb antennas, headache rack, bed rails, blacked out logos. Goodyear wrangler tires. Second gen Tailgate badge. Hella 500 series black magic lights and 500 series lights on top, led brake and turn lights on my headache rack. Custom Bumpers i built myself.
    Mine i custom built myself and added cb antennas, brake and turn signal lights and Hella off road lights.

    Not a good picture and I did not feel like notching the corners . One thing I would do different is extend the mounting plates
    longer. I kept it low enough to not block the 3rd brake light

    Just break out your tape measure figure what material your using have at it . I put one center support. it has been on several years

    Mine was all built from drops from paying jobs

    I built this one for my '96 5 lug. Didn't like any of the ones I'd seen guys build online, so I took a few ideas from each of them and came up with my own design. No plans, just an idea in my head and started cutting steel. Note the full length bed rails for extra support and bed protection.
