sometimes in the morning when its cooler outside and i go to start my truck i go to turn it over to start and it makes a terrible noise but dont think the motor is evan turning. the second time i got to start it turns the whole motor and starts to crank and runs fine. other than that , also when im driving and come to stop lights or slow down to a stop i can hear that the truck is idling a little high everytime and have to tap the gas for it to come back down. Could the problem with the idling be that i took the catalytic converter off but kept the stock air breather ? answer are very appretiated - i have a 2000 tacoma 2.7L
