    Just gears, around $500. Put new bearings & seals, prob. $1000. I just re-did my whole rear & had $500 in it.

    5100s+OME 881s, Cistom HD leafs+5125s, BFG 33x12.5 15s, swapped in elocked+trussed axle, 4.56 gears, Bushwacker cut out fender flares.etc.
    I'd go with 4:88s. That will fine with the V6, automatic. I think you'd find 5:29s a little too low unless you're planning on going bigger than 35s at some point. I've got 4:56s and 33s and its perfect, so 4:88s and 35's should work well and you'd still be able to get up to speed on the highway.
