E- locker issue*NEED HELP*

I have a 98 tacoma trd sr5 ans I've gone through the proper steps to try and engage the locker with no luck. I checked all the fuses and such. The light just flashes with no ABS light on and no noise from rear diff. I believe that i am not getting power back there, but there is power at the switch. Any tips on where to go from here will be greatly appreciated. THANKS

 

Check this link out. I have the same problem EXCEPT the ABS light is supposed to go on when you hit the button even when the diff light is blinking. That could be another problem if your ABS light is not coming on. But, this links provided in the thread below will allow you to check if you are getting power to the locker.
