The little Light just burned out (where you put the ignition key) on my 2002 Tacoma.

I just noticed it this morning, it was dark outside and I went to put the key into the ignition and that little light was so helpful.

    How can I fix it?

^^^ My thoughts exactly. I've wished there was one on my 2nd gen. I didn't know that the 1st gen came with one. Bummer. It's not that important for me to mod though.

The ignition ring light would be nice, but I've gotten so used to my truck I can put the key in the ignition with my eyes closed.

Ive got a 00 pre runner sr5 trd, i didn't put it in so I'm guessing it came stock, if you have a clear looking ring around your ignition then you have a light and your bulb is just blown :D

i remember seeing a thread while back where some guy actually went to a junkyard and pulled the ignition light assembly/clear ring out of a totaled taco and put it in his. Or maybe it was a 4runner, but i can't remember.

Haha I was gonna say... we have ignition ring lights?? I know I've stabbed the hell out of the dash around that area trying to "get it in" at night (TWSS) :D . I gotta go check now and see if mine has just been burned out forever...
