    97 doored xtracab, 02 double cab
    does anybody know if you can swap a 97 trans with a 99
    i already have the 99 and it looks exactly the same but as you know the 97 is cable speedo and the 99 is fly by wire speedo but both go into the trans in the same spot and are held by 1 bolt.
    so can i bolt my cable speedo into the 99 trans? or would i have to use the fly by wire and use a 99 gauge cluster and wire harness?
