    I'm pretty sure my '04 is an ol' fashioned cable... definitely no wires coming out of the throttle.

    my 04 3.4L isn't drive by wire. ..it's got an old fashioned mehanical cable.

    also had an 03 3.4L that had a mechanical cable as well. ..

    i don't think the electronic throttle came out until at least 05

    Does the 2003-2004 have throttle by wire??? Or putting pulling info from their asses??

    The frame is a box-ladder type w'9 x-members which means ZERO flex and in a collision NO give..."

    btw, that's not necessarily a good thing in a collision. you want give. better the truck take the force than you.
