I recently bought a 2002 Double cab and twice after I fired her up she was putting out white smoke out of the exhaust. All gauges are normal and the check engine light is not on when it happened but, Its just weird. Both times that it happened it was after towing my boat over to the coast. The first time it lasted for about a minute and the last time it only lasted for about 10 seconds. Anyone have a clue what this could be? Thanks

It is most likely just water vapor/condensation being heated off in your exhaust...

White smoke = condensation, moisture being burnt off from inside the exhaust, completely normal.

Blue smoke = oil being burnt off, VERY BAD.

Like the previous posters said, condensation. If it continued you'd have something to worry about.
