Tranny fluid change help!

Does anyone kno where i could find a write up on how to change my tranny fluids? Its been awhile since the last one but im lost on how to do it on my Tacoma.

nice looking truck!
here is a good site and spend the $$ and use redline synthetic (i used it for years in my 5 speed stang and it is good stuff)
when it gets a little warmer i am going to change mine all out.
