take out 4x4 transfer case?

take a 4x4 tacoma thats to beat to drive and take the 4x4 tranfercase out? i know i would have to take out the front drive set up but could it be done?

i want this pile truck for a project truck. the 4x4 just makes trouble when you lift them and put long travel on them.

so i think it can be done. i would just like some conformation?

You would need to run a prerunner tranny, and get a longer drive shaft.
