Changing all fluids - 2000 Tacoma

    I am a Newbie and would like a little advice from you seasoned Tacoma owners.

    I bought a 2000 Tacoma Xcab with TRD package yesterday. In excellent shape and well kept. Truck has 110,000 miles on it. It is a 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual, 4x4 with locking rear differential. Interior looks almost new. Whenever I purchase a used vehicle, one of the first things that I do is change all of the fluids. What would you gentlemen use in the following:

    Engine motor oil: The previous owner said that he used 5w-30 castrol. Would it be ok for me to switch to all synthetic Mobil 5w-30?

    Transmission: I don't know what is in it now, but would it be ok to switch to mobil all synthetic 75w-90?

    Transfer Case: Again, I don't know what is in it now, but would it be ok to switch to mobil all synthetic 75w-30?

    Front Differential: All synthetic
    $30 mobil 75w-90 synthetic gear lube - 1 quart (pack of 2)
    mobil 75w-90 ok?

    Rear Differential: All synthetic mobil 75w-90 be on?


    If all of these are ok, please let me know. Also, if you have other different suggestions, please let me know. I want this vehicle to last me a long time. Thanks so much for your help.

    I prefer Amsoil, but Mobil 1 products are great lubricants too. Note also that Owner's Manuals and Warranty & Maintenance Guides for your truck are available for download from the Toyota Owners' Web Site.

    My $0.02 on your questions:

    Definitely!

    Yes

    Yes, but you want 75w-90. (I'm guessing that was a typo?)

    Front Differential: All synthetic mobil 75w-90 ok?
    Yes

    Rear Differential: All synthetic mobil 75w-90 be on?
    Yes

    You didn't ask, but I recommend you stick with an OEM Toyota oil filter. (Check out this thread for more information.)
    You'll also need new crush washers to complete the job. (Those are the numbers for my '04, so you'll want to confirm with your local stealership.)
