Pedal will depress about half-way to floor at morning startup, can then be pumped with about 4 pumps to a good hard pedal, and then is no problem until the next morning. Any other startups during the day experience no such problem. Fluid level is good, rear drums were pulled, inspected, and what little slack there was was adjusted out manually, linings and drums were good. Pads on front and rotors looked good. Not losing any brake fluid. Truck stops quickly and true.

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions you might have on this issue.

    Thank you
