    Those are the TRD FJ wheels.

    If you're looking to buy brand new, the part number is PTR18-35090.
    I've seen them on ebay. Any Toyota dealer can get them. I think trdparts4u also sells them.
    IIRC the backspacing on those is 4.5". If you plan on running 285's you'll probably rub the frame full lock/compression.
