i've seen mods on the OEM double cab styles chopped to fit an access cab for the second gen's but haven't ever found one made to bolt on yet. i assume the same would be true for the 1st gen's also.

 

YES... I had one on my 2003 Tacoma Xtra Cab... Yakima makes it. Besides the actual Yakima rack, you would need the "Q-Stretch Kit" Part#8000134.

I've since switched to a different rack configuration, over the bed cap design and I no longer have a need for the stretch kit and I am planning on selling it on Ebay soon. Let me know if you are interested and I'll make you a great deal($50)
