Will wheels from a 2012 Tacoma (6 lug) fit on my 03 Tacoma?....also 6 lug.. Thanks....

Yes, the backspacing is different though so it will tuck your tires into the fender wells one more inch vs. 1st gen wheels. What size tire are you going with? If stock you will have no problem.
