I've got 111,000 miles on my 2002 Tacoma. I am planning to change the timing belt as soon as I can. I was told that in addition to changing the timing belt, the following needed to be changed also: tensioner pulley, idler pulley, water pump, cam gear & seal, hydraulic tensioner, crank gear & seal, alternator belt, a/c belt, thermostat...does this all sound reasonable? anything else that should be included? Thanks

Yes, everything you mentioned should be done at the same time to save time and/or money. I flushed the radiator with new fluids and replaced the upper and lower radiator hoses when I did the timing belt.
