time to do some up grading

I am wanting to put a bumper replacement on the front and back of my 04 Tacoma and maybe some sliders, does anyone have any ideas on what kind and where to purchase them or even if that is the way to go???

You won't see much major improvements short of a TRD or URD supercharger.

switching filters to drop ins, like the AFE pro dry or K&Ns are popular though
