I am looking at a 02 tacoma at a small local dealer. It is a double cab, v6, auto, trd off road, with 190k miles. The dealer wants $9995 for it and I was wondering if that is a good price. I have not gotten to drive it yet, but while looking it over it appears to have the new frame under it and it doesnt have any rust or damage on the body.
So, What do you guys think? Is this a good price if it runs well?

IMO, $10k for close to 200K miles is pushing ridiculous... Unless they have receipts for everything that's been replaced(and it has) or you're in california.;) Pickors?

Check nada.com, edmunds.com, kbb.com and ebay.com for what the going rates are these days for the truck with similar options you're looking at.

NADA says the clean retail is about $14k and KBB says about $12k, but I have always been told that those dont really mean alot locally.....

i think i payed 13k back in 02 for the same truck brand new, 7k tops. i'd look for a private seller, i'm sure you could save some cash.
