Will a 2004 Toyota 4Runner Westin brushguard fit on a 2001 Toyota Tacoma?

I don't believe so, but the best way to be sure is to measure the mount points and your frame rails or wherever it mounts

Pretty sure it doesn't. If you look up brush guards on any website, the 4Runner and Tacoma have different part numbers. That's for a reason.
