Wheel cylinders

I just changed me rear brakes, and I forgot to replace the wheel cylinders, well my luck, they started leaking. Is there anyway to dry out the brake shoes or do I have to replace them?

I would toss the soaked shoes and install replacements. You'll never get them clean. Good-functioning brakes can save lives (and repair bills).
