Two blank spots beside the power outlets?

I have two blank covers to the right of the two power outlets under the ashtray on my 1st gen. If these had something there from the factory, what would they be??

They look just like the swtches that control the bilge and livewell pumps on my bass boat.

Does the security system use both spots?

Those switches look perfect. I would like the link for where to purchase them when you can.

Thanks John

Awesome, Thanks.

Did you buy direct from them? Says wholesale only. Or did you buy from someone on their "Where to buy" list?

That's because boat manufacturers are as cheap as boat owners.

Basic OTC parts is all they use.
Buddy has a 32ft Bayliner, 42ft Silverton, 22ft Whaler cabin, and a 13ft Whaler console... over a million $$$ worth of boat docked at his house...
Damned near every electrical part other than the Perco switch is available from Lowes or Digi-Key.

I grabbed a hazard flasher switch from the junkyard, wired the grounds to the two 12v outlets throught it. I then removed and jumpered out the relay, making the outlets on all the time, unless I turn them off via the switch.

The top outlet is separately controlled, it still operates by the ignition switch.

Getting in there is nothing, how far you want to put the rest of the wiring can get tricky. The panel just clips in with the pins on the sides. Then the sockets have plugs on them.
