    its funny to me, he says he has a v8, but doesn't add ANY engine bay pics.....IDK man if i did something like that there would be a lot of pictures on that Craigslist add. if i was you i would do the payment via paypal. that way you dont get robbed

    OP why don't you ask him to send you pics of the engine via text and then you can post them here. We can help you better that way if we see what we are dealing with.

    I love how the front drivers side marker light is missing. It also doesn't spec if it's a 4x2 or 4x4.

    Engage Offroad long travel front and rear with some fat tires.
    good luck getting a modified truck from AZ to pass smog here in CA for registration...

    would be interesting to see how seamless the process would be...

    He said its cuz he wants to buy a 5th gen 4runner. And I asked for a receipt on the engine h said he is looking for it and that there are only 20000 miles on the engine. that's why I think it's shady. He did give me the vin for the truck and it is a 4wd. And I believe it's an automatic tranny and that it'll pass Cali smog certs

    It looks like it could have been gold originally and then the guy painted it flat black.... without doing the engine bay (and I'm assuming the door jambs, etc are still gold too)

    yuck^^ idk man, if someone half asses the paint, then IMO i WOULD NOT trust that engine.

    just shows work ethic
