I'm ordering parts to replace my thermostat. Looking at the top parts illustration on this link (from the toyotapartscheap site)

    http://www.trademotion.com/parts/1998/TOYOTA/TACOMA?siteid=214001&vehicleid=1317633&diagram=8510070

I see that I need parts 8 and 9 (water inlet gasket and thermostat). However, when I look at at the following link (from the partsgeek site)

    http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/1998/toyota/tacoma/cooling_system/thermostat_housing_gasket.html

UPDATE: Found a better diagram, o-ring is all I need. Question answered.

I see several items listed for the my 3.3L engine. Some are paper gaskets, and some are the o-ring type.

So. Is the o-ring shown in the first link all I need for sealing purposes when I replace the thermostat (meaning, the partsgeek list is pretty much useless for this application)?

Just want to make sure I have all that I need before I start the job. :D
