    youtube vid says remove grill, doesn't look like you really need to? am I missing something o_O

    I have a 2010 so I don't know how much help I can give you but from watching the YouTube videos like you said, you need to remove the grill. I think the heads attach to the grill and you need to remove it to get at it. I could be wrong but I watch 3 videos on it for your truck and they all say to do it so I would think there right lol. Good luck

    i skipped thru the first vid, but it looked like u could get to the bolt behind the grill without removal.

    more than likely I am wrong tho. lol.

    Just makes it a little easier to remove, Dude it a few clips no big deal.

    the grille has to come off, that takes like 2 minutes..

    The grille is pressing into a clip area on the bottom of the headlight.

    I just swapped my grille in about 10 mins total with a different one so I can get a Sotoshi made.
