Fenders without Bumper?

Im looking into getting some fiberglass fenders on my 99 but dont have the funds to buy an offroad front bumper.... Is anyone running like 3 to 4.5" fenders with the stock front 1st gen bumper or have a cheap fix to make the bumper line up with the fender flares. PIC's ARE WELCOME!!

ya i dont have LT i just want a "pre-runner" look thats why im considering the fiberglass fenders(i will be gettinmg my truck repainted soon) and also to give my 285/75/16's some more space up front but like i said i dont have the $$ for an offroad front bumper
