    2004 Tacoma TRD
I recently purchased a used 2004 Tacoma TRD with 53,000 miles. I am currently very disappointed with the quality of the seats. The seats sit very low to the floor and there are no lumbar adjustments on the model I own. There is actually TOO MUCH lumbar support to the point that it pushes my lower back so far forward that my upper back does not even touch the seat. The lower cushion (butt cushion) on the driver's side has started to compress/sag a bit compared to the passenger side. All the adjustment mechanisms seem to be built into the rails so it looks like I could swap the driver and passenger seat cushions to get the less worn cushion over to the driver's side. Has anyone out there done this???
