    would the 07 runner coils be stiffer or softer then the stock 2001 double cab coils?? if they are stiffer would it lift the vehicle any?

    i don't know the answer to your question, but if you're going to go through the hassle of swapping out coils go with eibach lift springs. they're are cheap enough(used ones) if you search around.
