If you were handed $1,000,000 and all you can think about doing is a lift kit and a sound system, your priorities are WAY outta line!

Invest. I'd go for a nice house, make the Tacoma my toy and get something fun as a daily driver. Kids would also be set for college.

I would save it for school and go on a trip with the family and of course get some rims for my truck.

pay off taco, sell condo, buy a cabin, buy toys (quads, UTV, boat, etc.), bank the rest, and work at my leisure.

I would buy a small house cash, maybe two or three rentals cash .Collect rent and bank the rest. With this market any interest earned by a bank is gonna be small. Stock market scares me right now. My 401k is up and down by the hour it seems

put 150000 aside for college, and then put the rest in the bank. Then buy unnecesary things for the truck off the interest
