Growing away from the front of my 2000

I have a 2000 tacoma with the plain jane flat face look with the headlights that blend into the for of the front of the truck. To me, it looks too much like a Mazda or a Ranger. How difficult would it be to convert the front end to the version that had the sealed beam headlamps? Could I just source the front grill and find replacement headlamps, or do the fittings and plugs differ?
