I've purchased one Power Steering pump already as a replacement. I've since rebuild that pump and also added a cooler in the return line.

I've noticed the reservoir gets extremely hot and there is some seeping right below the reservoir. A few spots of fluid will end up on the side of my airbox and on the underside of the hood directly above the pump. I have 275/75/16 tires and understand that may put strain on the system; however I'm really getting tired of having to replace / rebuild a pump every 4-6 months. I've read of issues with some 1st Gens and the P.S system, you guys have any recommendations? As always appreciate any ideas.

Edit: I've been using Mobil 1 ATF in the system.

Maybe bad rack and pinion? You've already changed/rebuild the pump a few times already.
