A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
Welcome to TW. What is your budget for the lift kit and what will you use your truck for?

    Define heavy bumper?

    Plate bumper or Tube?

If your wanting a real sooth ride, get a full OME kit with some 882 coils.

If your getting a plate bumper, id go with the 5100/Eibach coil combo.

AAL= add a leaf or adding extra leaf to your current rear leaf pack to yield rear lift vs using rear blocks or shackles.
